CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received 30 days in advance to be issued a full refund minus a $20
transaction fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of check in will result in NO REFUND.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Rentals of 30 days or more require 1st month + fees up front to reserve. Any reservation 30 days or
more will require a 60-day termination notice to receive full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
Due to high demand From November through March, no refunds will be issued for any cancellation.
Park Rules & Regulations
- The resort speed limit is 5 miles per hour. This will be strictly enforced.
- Quiet time is between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Disturbing noise is NOT permitted at any time.
- Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children. Never leave children unattended, in vehicles or elsewhere in the park.
- Drunken and disorderly conduct will not be permitted.
- Possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly forbidden.
- No bicycling, skate boarding or rollerblading after dark.
- No solicitation of any kind allowed in the park. No sales or display of goods permitted at the individual sites.
